SPARCIN are inverter
power sources. This gives extremely high weight/performance ratios.
They
are multi gas systems; i.e. they can cut with any technical gas as well as
compressed air. This gives optimum results in any metal. Moreover you
have the ability to reduce environmental effects and improve economy and
weldability.
For SPARCIN
7, 8 & 9 there is as an accessory a gouging kit that gives
excellent gouging capabiliy.
The
power sources have built in closed water cooling systems, which means
that the gas consumption is very low. Therefore they can be
fitted with built in compressors for service and maintenance ( see
SPARCIN 5C, 7C and 9C). Moreover, water cooling of the torch gives far
better cutting capacity due to more efficient cooling of the nozzle which
in its turn gives a more constricted arc with higher energy density. The
SPARCIN range of machines perform far better than air cooled machines
with the same current rating.
Further, the water cooling of the torch gives a far longer lifetime of
consumables.
